With all the rain we’ve had in Knysna, the power cuts, and the wind trying to remove half the town, I think today is a good day to stay home and stay safe. ☔️⚡️

Hey lovely humans 😊
I’ll be closing the studio tomorrow, Tuesday the 30th, so I can go run the Sabrina Love and make some very questionable end of year decisions. I’ll then be taking the rest of the week off to recover and reset.

Classes are back to normal next week.

Hospice will always hold a special place in my heart. This Saturday is about giving back while celebrating Cecilia’s life.
Join me at Knysna Hollow at 9am on the 15th of November. Bring your own mat and towel and move with me in support of Knysna Sedgefield Hospice.
If you can’t be there, you’re still part of it. Donations can be made on the day by card or EFT. Every bit helps Hospice continue the work that matters most.

10 hours of glorious sleep and I’m fully charged. Still buzzing from the holiday — and from all the running that’s left my hamstrings tighter than skinny jeans after a buffet.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: THE WEDDING CRASHERS STRIKE AGAIN! 🚨

That’s right, Jaco and I are off to celebrate another fabulous couple tying the knot—because at this point, we might as well make wedding crashing a full-time career. 💍🥂

So, the studio will be closed after the 8:30 AM class on Tuesday, Feb 18th (which, for those of you who still struggle with basic time concepts, ends at 9:30 AM—yes, the full hour, and no, you may not sneak out early unless you plan to leave me a written excuse signed by your mom).

We’ll be back on Monday, Feb 24th, hopefully not too exhausted from dancing, champagne, or Jaco trying to catch the bouquet.

In the meantime, practice your Pilates, keep your posture in check, and if I return to find anyone slouching, prepare for extra planks.

Hi everyone!

I’m officially back in the studio from Monday, and I’m so excited to kick off 2025 with all of you! 🎉

If you’d like to continue your Pilates sessions, let me know if the time slots you had in 2024 still work for you, or if we need to adjust. For those of you who came to me on an ad hoc basis, just let me know, and I’ll schedule you in.

I also know the kids are still on holiday (good luck with that!), so if you’d prefer to commit once they’re back at school, that’s totally fine too—just keep me posted.

Looking forward to seeing you back in the studio, helping you move with purpose, and having a fantastic year ahead! 💪
