Yesterday we lost the founder of OYB 😔

Steven started On Your Bike fitness studio back in around 2008. I joined him in 2009. Together we ran a successful fitness studio for many years. We shared lots of high and Lo's, countless training and racing miles , lots of laughs , lots of early mornings and carried each other through tough times.
Fast forward 18 years.. in that time Steve moved to PE and successfully opened OYB Personal training studio.
I am going to miss you Stevie. Your were a good friend. The hours we spent out training together will always be with me. Take care my friend. 💔
The legend of Stevie will live on in OYB fitness studio 💪

Well done to OYB athlete Zoran Meyer.
Zoran recently competed in the Super 8 tennis championships followed closely by the South African National Championships .
He won the super 8 u /12 champioships
Then followed it up by winning the championship trophy in the final of the u/12 National championships .

Well done Zoran. Your hard work paid off .

Wat ‘n ongelooflike dag vol aksie! 😱🎉 Ons is so trots op ons atlete wat deelgeneem het aan die Knysna Oesterfees 50km Padfietsresies! 💥

🏆 Sebastian Swart het die eerste plek verower met ‘n merkwaardige tyd van 1 uur, 21 minute en 20 sekondes! 🥇🔥

👏 Jandré van Lill het derde plek behaal met net ‘n paar sekondes agter Sebastian – 1 uur, 21 minute en 30 sekondes! 💪

Maar die opwindings het nie daar geëindig nie – Henri du Plessis, Ruvan Stander en Emma Swart het ook deelgeneem aan die uitdagende 50km. Henri het ‘n fantastiese vyfde plek behaal en Emma Swart het algehele negende plek in die vroue afdeling behaal.🏅🚴‍♂️

Wat ‘n ongelooflike dag vol adrenalien, kompetisie en ongelooflike prestasies! Ons is so trots op al ons atlete! 🙌💯
