The Pilates For Life Studio is a small and very personalised space offering the many benefits of mat Pilates classes. Our classes are suitable for every age group and fitness level and are loads of fun! These are either in the form of private and duet sessions for those seeking a focused, one-on-one Pilates session, dealing with injury or rehab, pregnancy (pre or post) or for those with specific g
oals in mind. We welcome children too. Each of our Pilates mat classes is 55 minutes and focuses on core strength - the goals are to help improve mobilty and flexibility, while toning and lengthening the muscles. Regular Pilates is excellent for general fitness and wellbeing, for injury prevention and for those who suffer from back pain, arthritis and osteoporosis. It is also a wonderful form of exercise for pregnant women and can help improve joint mobility and posture, stimulate the circulatory system, release endorphins, boost the immune system and increase energy levels. Our stunning studio, is a breath of fresh air and the perfect place to escape to, relax and unwind whilst enjoying some much deserved 'me' time. You will find us at Sneezewood Farm, right behing the gorgeous little coffee and gift shop. Sneezewood is just 5 kms from the centre of Dundee, on the Wasbank Road, exactly 5 km from the large traffic circle in town – take the exit over the railway lines which is labelled "Wasbank / Aerodrome".
