Week 11 of the VFiTTT 12 Week Challenge.

Nearly at the finish line.

Over the past 11 weeks, the group has shown incredible consistency, resilience, and commitment. What started as stepping out of comfort zones has turned into stronger habits, improved fitness, better energy, and a team culture built around supporting one another.

The progress has been amazing to watch, and the effort being put in each session continues to impress.

One final week to go. Let’s finish strong.

Week 10 and these ladies are still going strong. Now it’s about finishing the challenge. The program is getting tougher by the week. But the ladies are making progress towards their goals and staying on track. We have now built a habit. The body feels lost without the exercise and I’m sure the girls are ready to smash week 11 out of the park. Let’s get it ladies 🔥

Week 9 of the VFiTTT 12 Week Challenge.

This is where consistency really starts to show. The habits are built, the routine is set, and the progress is becoming visible.

This week we also took things outdoors for a functional session, getting out of the office space and bringing a different energy to the workout.

The group has done an incredible job staying committed, even through busy schedules and long work days. That’s what makes the difference.

Three weeks to go. Stay focused, stay consistent, and keep pushing.

At this stage, it’s no longer about motivation — it’s about discipline, consistency, and showing up even on the days you don’t feel like it. That’s exactly what this group has been doing.

One full week down and the ladies are already building momentum. Consistency is where the real progress happens, and it’s been great to see everyone showing up, putting in the effort, and supporting each other along the way.

DAY 6 💪

Six sessions in and the consistency from this crew has been incredible to watch. Every workout the effort gets better, the confidence grows, and the team gets stronger together.

Today’s session was all about control, endurance and building strength the right way. Slower movements, longer holds, and a serious burn 🔥

The group handled it like champions. Muscles shaking, sweat dripping, but nobody quit. That’s the kind of mindset that builds real results.
