Good luck to all our karatekas competing today! 🇿🇦

Today is another opportunity to step onto the tatami, give your absolute best, and show the spirit, discipline and dedication that you have worked so hard to develop.

Remember: you are not competing against anyone else — you are competing to be the very best version of yourself. Trust your training, believe in yourself, stay focused, and never give up! 💪🔥
