Lapésa coaches tennis at Park Tennis Club in Kimberley. We are proudly sponsored by Wilson for the past 20 years.

We have 4 TSA qualified coaches that register annually with Tennis South Africa.

TSA is affiliated with the ITF (International Tennis Federation) and uses the ITF syllabus for training and educating TSA coaches. We are 4 of 16 registered coaches in the Northern Cape. We are up to date with the Continuous Professional Development programme of Tennis South Africa. The CPD programme consist of 5 courses through a year with formal feedback after each course. This is done on the ITF Academy platform. Coaches can only register with TSA annually if CPD's are up to date.

We host 3 ranking tournaments as well as the Northern Cape Mini Masters every year to bring top quality competition to Kimberley and the Northern Cape. We are proud to deliver professional coaching and playing opportunities to all tennis players.

We also host a Winter Camp every June holiday where players of all levels come and develop their game and enjoy 3 days of coaching and playing.

Hierdie Lapésa Interpro spelers het Noord-Kaap verteenwoordig vanaf 7 tot 11 Januarie. Dit is die grootste tennistoernooi in die land met ongeveer 600 spelers wat vir hul provinsies deelgeneem het. Kitso Modise, the Northern Cape Nr.1 U/15 boys player, was selected for the SA U/17 TEAM at the TSA Interprovincial tournament held in Pretoria from 7-11 January.
