Krav Maga Guardian Krav Maga Guardian provides training in self-defense techniques and situational awareness.

KMG provides training in real-life self defense techniques that are easy to learn and apply under stressful situations. We provide training in defense against kicks, punches, grabs, chokes as well as defensive techniques against knifes and fire arms. The physical as well as psychological aspects of violent attacks are dealt with and learners gain a better understanding of the dynamics of street at

tacks. Training is conducted in a professional environment under controlled circumstances, but learners are exposed to the realities of violent street attacks in simulated scenarios. Krav Maga is not a martial art as such but rather uses techniques from a wide range of martial arts such as Karate, Judo, Muay Thai, Aikido and kickboxing and refine these techniques to be relevant and effective on the street. We also offer all courses on a short course basis over a longer period to accommodate working people who has limited time to train. Our focused fitness training makes use of taught combatives and technique to improve overall fitness level and cardio ability.
