Salads and Green veg

This is a great way to stay full while on a caloric restricted diet, make a green salad with lettuce,onion,peppers,tomatoes and cucumber. These are all extremely low in calories so you can eat a whole bowl of it and be consuming almost no calories.

Compare that volume of food versus like a chicken and rice meal, the salad will get you much fuller and keep you satisfied for longer.💪🔥
