Sport teaches the values of team-work, discipline and leadership as well as the reward of effort. Each are valuable lessons for life. It builds confidence and social skills and is key to the healthy development for our children ..

Communities that participate in sport and recreation develop strong social bonds, are safer places and the people who live in them are generally healthier and happier than places where physical activity isn't a priority. Sport and recreation builds stronger, healthier, happier and safer communities .

These days it's sad to see our sport structures or federations being very scarce or not visible in communities anymore .. Do people not care about our youth anymore , do we not see how important Sport and Recreation is to our kids ( we cant blame covid because the situation has been like this even way before the Covid19 pandemic ?
