Here she does an Inverted hang:
Inverted ring hangs deliver a full-body workout, targeting multiple muscle groups. This exercise builds strength and endurance in the lats, biceps, trapezius, rhomboids, and core muscles (abs, erector spinae, and pelvic floor). It also engages glutes and hamstrings, improving overall lower body stability. Additionally, inverted ring hangs enhance grip strength, flexibility (shoulders, back, hips), spatial awareness, and body control. Regular practice can lead to improved posture, reduced back pain, and increased overall athletic performance."
