Dance Mouse promotes your child’s muscular development and will help them to become confident in the use of their bodies. The programme will help them to become aware of line, movement, rhythm and spatial relationships. It improves self-esteem, co-ordination, creativity and attentiveness and increases self awareness and social interaction. Our exercises focus on posture, strength and flexibility which will enhance a dancer’s balance and core stability and helps to bring discipline, control and coordination to the body, while at the same time increasing muscle strength and flexibility. Dance Mouse is a fun program for both boys and girls, incorporating many style elements in a warm, safe and stimulating environment.
