The Protea Carp Team will travel to North Macedonia 🇲🇰 tonight to compete in the 26th World Carp Championships.

32 Countries entered and it is going to be a massive event. The scouting team had already moved their kit to the venue and the Team are busy with final preparations.

Their expected travel time is 48 hours as they first have to fly to Croatia and travel the last stretch the following day to North Macedonia. Lake Mavrovo is similar to the size of Hartbeespoort Dam and in the mountains of North Macedonia.

Daily temperatures are expected to be hot in the 30 degrees Celsius and cold during the nights.
