1️⃣ Sprint intervals: Set up two cones about 20-30 meters apart. Sprint as fast as you can from one cone to the other and back. Repeat for 6-8 sets with 30-60 seconds rest between sets.

2️⃣ Agility ladder drills: Use an agility ladder or draw one on the ground with chalk. Practice quick footwork by hopping, skipping, or shuffling through the ladder. Try different patterns and increase the speed as you get more comfortable.

3️⃣ Jump rope: Jump rope for 3-5 minutes at a time. Try different variations like double unders, crisscrosses, or high knees.

4️⃣ Burpees: Start in a standing position, then squat down and place your hands on the ground. Jump your feet back into a plank position, then jump them back up to your hands and stand back up. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
