Our refs were out in force this past weekend

With the 2nd round of the Van Druten Clubs 7s being held at Sishen Rugby club
With many of our new and young referees leading the charge on a long day

Elsewhere we had Pepe and Manny as part of the match crew for the SA Cup match between Griquas and Griffons

A first batch of Broncos and law exams in the bag for a mostly new group of referees joing us

With more sessions to follow soon we cant wait to see how our refs will do and perhaps who throws up.....

A busy weekend in the bag
With club and school matches spread out over the whole region.
With our young referees coming through it was a great day overall

This past weekend we had our first Level 1 Referees course with the new SARU syllabus.
With a good turnout of 17 attendees whose levels of envolvement range from u8's to club rugby ARs.
We look forward to walking the path with these new and up and coming referees.
