A solid all-round performance from the team, showing great structure, teamwork, and determination throughout the match. From the first whistle, Sishen 3 controlled key moments and made their opportunities count, turning hard work on the training field into a well-deserved result on game day.

Not the result we wanted, but plenty of heart shown on the field.

The Sishen Ladies also faced a strong SPU side on the 6th of June in a tough encounter. It was a physical, fast-paced game where the scoreline didn’t reflect the effort and determination from the Sishen side. The ladies dug deep, supported each other, and showed real pride in the badge from start to finish.

Results will come, but the character is already there. We learn, we grow, and we come back stronger.

Sishen 1 took on SPU on the 6th of June in a tough, physical encounter where nothing came easy. The scoreboard didn’t go our way, but the effort, heart, and commitment on the field never dropped. Every player left everything out there for the jersey, and that matters just as much as the result.

We’ll take the lessons, fix the small details, and come back stronger. One game doesn’t define us — the response does.

🏉 Sishen Rugby Club – League Day Results | 30 May 2026 🏉

What a fantastic day for Sishen Rugby! Our teams delivered outstanding performances across the board, showing skill, determination, and true club spirit.

🔥 Sishen Ladies were simply unstoppable, running in a remarkable 75-7 victory over Kenhardt Divas. A dominant display from start to finish that showcased the strength and talent of our women's team.

💪 Sishen 3 fought hard in an entertaining encounter against Hotrock, securing a well-deserved 38-27 win through grit, teamwork, and never giving up.

👏 Sishen 2 continued the winning momentum with a solid 26-12 victory over PMG. A disciplined performance built on strong defence and clinical finishing.

🏆 Sishen 1 rounded off a perfect day for the club, defeating Kuruman 1 41-26. The team showed character and composure to secure an impressive win against tough opposition.

Four games. Four victories. One club.

This weekend, Nicolaas Steyn reaches an incredible milestone as he earns his 70th cap for Sishen Rugby Club.

A true legend of the game, Nicolaas has been a dominant force on the field for years, leading with passion, grit, and unwavering commitment every time he pulls on the jersey. Being an old boy is not just a title for him; it’s a badge of honour. His heart still beats for rugby, and his love for the game continues to inspire everyone around him.
