Zumba Desh Fitness Studios Sunninghill At the heart of ZumbaDesh is the principle of paying it forward and we are especially passionate about reaching out to those less fortunate.

Vision: To use the power of and therapeutic qualities of dance to transform the lives of women by helping raise their self-confidence and self-esteem while having fun and getting in shape. Through the power of Dance we aim to empower communities by spreading the Zumba love – one dance move at a time. ts in the pursuit of dance, dance fitness and specialty disciplines. Our aim is to create an environment for developing skills, enhancing knowledge and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through classes that will include ZUMBA® fitness. In addition, there will be scheduled special events that will provide training sessions for the purpose of furthering the skills of students as well as planned social/fitness events to benefit charity organizations. The purpose of these classes and special events will also provide a place for the local community to network and share in mutual goals and social interaction.
