As a single mum and entrepreneur, there is no place to play "small'.

As women we tend to feel like we have to show up in a certain way... Stalwart, confident, strong.
We are all these things, But sometimes we aren't!!

Everyday, we put our war paint on(get those lashes out) , focus on everyone else's needs before we head into a pretty noisy world.

Since I started coaching 13 years ago, I have benefited greatly. I have time with my boys and I get to decide my working hours, while being financially healthy.

But the best part?
You can free yourself from the draining soul sucking job that you drag yourself to every day.
I get to make a real difference in people's lives. That's the greatest reward!

Every single client leaves enlightened by their own inner wisdom, supported by self compassion and focused on progressing.

Best job ever!
