Egoli Magic Basketball Egoli Magic is a Johannesburg based basketball club participating in the Basketball National League

Central to the vision of Egoli Magic is the encouragement and development of youth in South Africa, through:

1. health and education programmes for children, aimed to keep them in school (back to school campaigns like “education is smart”) and healthy (no drugs, no smoking, no obesity, AIDS prevention, etc) via the establishment of a Basketball Academy.

2. the establishment of healthy, aspirational, and viable employment opportunities.

What a season for the Men’s Egoli Magic! 💪🔥

Our journey came to an end in the semifinals against a very strong Soweto Panthers team, but we couldn’t be prouder of our players and everything they achieved this season.

Throughout the season, they showed heart, character, determination, and togetherness. They fought for every possession, supported each other, and represented Egoli Magic with pride. ❤️

A semifinal finish is something to be proud of- but even more so is the way this team competed and the character they showed throughout the season.

A big thank you to our incredible team management for all the hard work, dedication, support, and commitment behind the scenes. Your contribution has been a huge part of this season’s success. 👏🏽

And to our players -thank you for an incredible season! Keep your heads up. 💫
