**The End of an Era — A Heartfelt Goodbye from Linden Cycles**
It is with broken hearts that we announce that **Linden Cycles will be closing its doors for the final time on 31 August 2026**.
For many years, Linden Cycles has been far more than just a bicycle shop. It has been part of our family, part of the Linden community, and part of the lives of so many cyclists who have walked through our doors.
We have watched children receive their very first bicycles and later return as adults with bikes and families of their own. We have helped people prepare for their first races, repaired bicycles that carried years of memories, and shared countless stories, laughs, frustrations, victories, and cups of coffee with our customers.
Our workshop became a place people trusted, and our shop became a place where friendships were formed. Some customers became friends, and many became part of the Linden Cycles family.
We have poured so much of ourselves into this business and fought incredibly hard to keep it going. Unfortunately, the financial pressure has reached a point where we are no longer able to keep the doors open.
This is not how we wanted the Linden Cycles story to end, and it is one of the most painful decisions we have ever had to make.
To every person who supported us over the years—whether you purchased your first bicycle from us, brought your bike in for a service, bought a small spare, recommended us to a friend, or simply stopped by for a chat—thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Thank you especially to those who continued supporting us during the difficult times. Your kindness, loyalty, and belief in Linden Cycles meant more to us than you will ever know.
Although the doors will close, the memories, friendships, and history created inside them will remain with us forever.
Thank you for being part of our journey and for allowing Linden Cycles to be part of yours.
