Heimdahl Arabians Equine Endurance Arabian Stud The Heimdahl Stud was established in 1987. Sidi Nefisa, Eibna Sandiana,, Ebna Sandelina and
Whitehouse Aziza.

From the beginning the inclination was to breed endurance horses that would do the stud and its owners proud. The emphasis therefore was on selecting the best possible genetic material as foundation stock to build the future on. After a thorough analysis of all endurance ride results in South Africa at the time, four brood mares were purchased i.e. Soon afterwards two stallions were added, Eibn

a Boas and Eibna
Sorrento. Being relatively young Sidi Nefisa and Eibna Sandelina also served as endurance mounts. Their sustained,excellent performance over many years testify to the quality of decisions made when the stud was established. Uncompromising selection based on type, quality and performance excellence are the mainstays of the stud’s breeding philosophy. Considering the quality of our young horses that are beginning to make an impression on the endurance scene, we know that the Heimdahl Stud has a bright future.
