Our 6km chain chasers were super eager to start their race and finished with BIG smiles. Enjoying a shorter route to accommodate for skill and fitness level, the Fourways Gardens Estate Full Throttle bike park caters for everyone. A day of fun, achievement and a super cool medal. Every participant got to finish their distance and walk away proud as punch for their beautiful riding for the day! Well done superheroes and thank you to our sponsors and delicious food vendors. From Push Bike to Pedal Bike 🚲

The secret to moving from a push bike to a pedal bike is balance. Once your child has mastered balancing, cornering, and stopping on a push bike, the hard work is already done. There’s no need for training wheels.

A push bike teaches the most important cycling skill from day one — confidence on two wheels. When it’s time to add pedals, children can focus on pedalling rather than trying to learn balance at the same time.

With plenty of riding, play, and even a little friendly competition along the way, the transition becomes natural, fun, and often happens much faster than expected.

More than just a ride, is where ladies come to learn new skills, build confidence, explore trails… and occasionally discover muscles they didn’t know existed.

We connect, we laugh, we encourage each other, and sometimes we spend five minutes discussing a feature before riding around it anyway. 😆

From conquering fears to celebrating victories, every ride is packed with good vibes, great company, and at least one “I can’t do this” followed immediately by “OMG, I DID IT!”

No judgement. No pressure. Just a bunch of women getting stronger, braver, and slightly muddier together.
