FB Fam: Happy To Announce we are back with an absolute bang!
Touch Rugby Winter Season is on, like Donkey-Kong.
Join us every Sunday at 1400hrs to 1600hrs. (Except public holiday weekends).
Location: Nova School -Paulshoff.
Rules Reminder:
Warm-ups and warm-downs are essential.
Only a two-hand touch is recognized in this 6-Down game. Single hand touch = play on. Strictly no tackling. Dummy-touch, foreward pass, knock-on and lost ball results in a turn-over.
Team wins the game when they are the first to hit 5 tries. Teams then switch sides after every game with a brief water break in between.
Refs call is final.
Shoes with good ankle support and grip is adviced. No studs, please! Safe parking, and w/c facilities available. Carry your water bottles.
Important: Come through with a positive open attitude and ready to have a blast and a few laughs.
