As most of you know, Core Athletics closed its doors last year. Core was home away from home for many of us, me included!
In fact, this is where I discovered calisthenics for the 1st time.

I'm happy to share that calisthenics (body-weight training) is coming back to Linksfield Square at the exact same spot we know so well!

If all goes well, the gym will be ready to open from April 1st 2019 (Not an April fool joke). The focus is functional fitness achieved through Body-weight training 👌
