I'm going to be a little vulnerable with you this morning...

The week leading up to our first event of the year was probably one of the hardest weeks for both Charles and myself.
Both of our moms were in hospital, and emotionally it was a lot to navigate.
Yet in the middle of that, life didnโ€™t pause.
We still needed to be there for each other.
We still needed to grow our business.
And we still needed to show up as parents.
What it reminded me of very CLEARLY is this:
The things we teach are not just concepts.
They are tools we rely on ourselves when life gets hard.

Breathwork helped us regulate our emotions and find moments of calm in the chaos.
Movement helped us release tension and keep our bodies resilient through long days and hospital visits.
And focusing on good health gave us the strength we needed to keep showing up for our kids and our clients.

This is exactly why we host these events.
We teach breathwork so you have something to lean on when life feels overwhelming.
We teach movement so your body stays strong, mobile and free from unnecessary pain and restriction.
And we create a space to move, laugh and playโ€ฆ so you always remember that joy is something you can access within yourself.

One of the biggest contributors to pain and injury in the body is a lack of mobility.

Not stretching enough doesnโ€™t just affect athletes chasing performance but it affects the 9-5 professional sitting at a desk and even the parent lifting kiddos. ๐Ÿ˜†

Tight muscles create tension.
