MTG Fighting Fit Central MTG Fighting Fit Central is a dynamic Martial arts centre. Specialising in MTG I.T.F Taekwon-Do for Fighting Fit Central was established in March 2005.

Its main purpose being the head quarters Magua Taekwon-Do Clubs around Joburg.Top class instruction in Senior I.T.F. Taekwon-Do incl Hosin-Sul (Urban defence), Junior I.T.F. Taekwon-Do and Cardio TKD Kickboxing is offered. At fighting Fit Central we cater for your unique needs. Whether you want to strive to become a champion or get fitter, more focused & positive all while learning valuable self defence skills.The centre is like an iron fist in a velvet glove. A massive thank you to all the competitors, instructors, and families who joined us for the 2026 National Invitational Championships! 🏆🔥 The level of Taekwon-Do on display was a true testament to the hard work happening in dojangs across Southern Africa. 71 years of Taekwon-Do today
11th April 1955 marked a turning point in history. Seventy-one years later, we honour General Choi Hong Hi’s enduring vision of discipline, strength, and spirit.

From humble beginnings to a global movement, ITF Taekwon-Do shapes lives worldwide. His legacy lives through us. We carry the torch forward with pride, purpose, and unity.
