Pilates Dynamics Studio and Wellness Centre is a professional and upmarket Fitness; Health and Pilates Education facility situated next to the Randburg Sports complex in a tranquil environment. Our focus is to provide the best student training; and health & fitness care to adults and children.

1) Client Training:
We offer Pilates to adults and children in the following modalities (Privates and Gr

oups):-
• Pilates (incl. Barre & TRX; and all other small equipment)
• Pilates and Yoga (Pre- and Post Natal )
• Pilates Equipment Classes (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair etc)
• Yoga (Vinyasa and Hatha)
• Body Composition Evaluation

Our YOGA, PILATES & PERSONAL TRAINING is held as follows;-
• GROUP CLASSES (Maximum 8 people)
• PRIVATE TRAINING (One-On-One)
• SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING:
- DUO (2 People)
- TRIO (3 People)
- QUAD (4 People)

2) Pilates International Teacher Training Courses:-
We offer Pilates courses in Group and Private tuition formats, as follows;-
• Pilates Mat & Small Equipment (incl. TRX and Ballet Barre & all small equipment)
• Pilates Comprehensive (Pilates Mat & Small Equipment above and ALL Pilates Large Machines (Cadillac; Reformer; Towers; Wunda Chairs; Ladder Barrel; and Arc Barrels)
• Intensive Reformer Course
