GYMS TO OPEN SOON
Dear members our case to re-open our gyms was heard in the Western Cape high court today. Despite the fact that the state only submitted their papers on the day, it can be confirmed that all parties are in agreement on the safety protocols for opening and keeping our members safe.
Due to the states late submission we agreed to postpone the case however re opening is a formality as the State has confirmed that they will re open the gyms subject to the protocols… as these are already agreed, the process from here is that it must go to national command centre and then parliament for approval where after it will be published in the Government gazette. We expect this should take 10 to max 14 days. A huge thank you to Advocate Carlo Viljoen and FITSA for taking this case on for the gym industry, our Gyms, our staff and our members are extremely grateful🎉🎉🎉😍🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️.
