Here we are repeating a lot of exercises with small variables added or changed. Enjoy exploring your body through these movements in different positions to see how you need to activate differently to still achieve the same outcome: Stability, control and isolated movements. Bigger is not always better. Prioratise stability over range of motion.

I have gone into detail here on the hamstring stretch so you can get the most out of it. Stretching ain't for sissies and when done right you can even feel stiff the next day.

Take your time with the strength exercise as it is challenging the core in a big way while moving your leg. If you find it is too much for you, remove the leg extension and keep the marching going.
