My journey to coaching started with a realisation that as the line manager to staff I can be a better manager if I know when to offer encouragement at specific points – and do damage if I don’t. This inspired me to attend an NLP coaching course which led me to become and NLP Life Coach, Business Coach and Executive Coach. I coach towards positive outcomes on new endeavours, over the spectrum from where to start, how to plan as well as how to execute. I will be your change catalyst, your planning brains trust, your accountability partner, celebration partner and sounding board on your quest to reaching higher levels of life and job satisfaction.
