All our training programs are designed by Elite Defence Academy and are based on Krav Maga. Krav Maga is a simple, effective self-defence system that emphasises instictive movement, practical techiques and realistic training scenarios. We cover everything from the very basic,intuitive defences to worst-case scenarios,under both physically and mentally strenuous situations. The system is designed f

or women and children of all ages, and also for people of all shapes and sizes or experiece levels. We've split our program into the three specific areas that we wanted to focus on: Warrior Kidz is specifically designed for children between the ages of 5-12, with our Warrior Women program we teach all women and girls from the ages of 12 and our Warrior Corporate program offers self-defence workshops to companies that want to keep their employees safe (Men and Women) or as a team building excercise.
