Sunday 31st Jan, 9-10:30am via ZOOM..... join 4 x MULTIPLE SPARRING WORLD CHAMPIONS - Jamie McAvoy, Reece Nicholls, Matt Brunger and Brad Robertson for an exclusive SPARRING WORKSHOP!

This is a great opportunity NOT to be missed to learn some sparring drills and insights from the VERY BEST!

These 4 men have had highly decorated sparring careers and between them are proven across every weight category, each bringing a unique style and flavour to the ring.
