We focus mainly on calisthenics (Calistenetic is also classed as a street workout) training from beginner, intermediate and expert levels. We are focused on building healthier lifestyles using core training and healthy eating. We do offer personal training with regards to fitness, weight loss, strength training and muscle building. We are offering custom built gyms and equipment to private and cor
porate clients. We will be hosting teambuilding events for corporate companies (ranging once again from novice to expert levels) We will be having challenges (weight loss, most improved, team work, etc.) We are also working with Ekurhuleni to make the calisthenics training affordable, convenient and available to those that aren't able to afford monthly gym contracts. We are also designing our own range of equipment based on core training. (First product is almost ready to start selling)
