Sports Jiu-Jitsu South African Federation The Federation will play a leading role in supporting Jiu-Jitsu and contributing to building a strong generation of ZA athletes to excel in competition.

The Federation was established to help support and bring quality services and tools to individual practitioners, competitors, academy owners, independent promoters and instructors. By using educational programs, competitive events, the digital fund raising online platform and special streamed events, people now are able to connect and preserve the history of Jiu-Jitsu, advancing themselves and the culture in South africa.

South African. We have been working closely with the sports ministers to ensure a smooth transition in accordance with the new sports act.

Our SJJIF team have also presented a guideline in witch BJJ Academy's can look to open safely and in compliance with the Covid-19 rules and regulations.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the SABJJF/SJJZAF has gone through a complete restructure to ensure good quality and fair competition in South Africa. Under new management, we wish to bring you the best quality of competitions.

In the meantime, we have exciting international competitions open to your registrations.
