Shanice has experience and is fluent in a variety of different dance styles that include hip-hop, Afro, Bollywood, Kathak (North Indian classical) and most recently shuffling.

Her goal is to unite people through the fusion of different dance styles, music genres and cultures. ✨️✨️✨️

This dance company has been a dream of mine from the time I could understand what dance was. I am extremely excited to announce the official launch of SONA ( Shakti Of Nritya Academy). The name of this company is special not only for the abbreviated significance but also because it is half of the name of my late grandmother.

SONA is a fusion dance school. This means that you will be able to learn all types of genres and will be able to dance to all types of music in any language. What's cool is that you will learn a new style or fusion of styles every week and there are no limits! Some of the styles that will be incorporated in the choreography are Hip Hop, Bollywood, Afro, Shuffle, Contemporary and much more.
