Monday at TSFA.
Focus on the ability to change direction while being aware and using change of pace to pe*****te space. Players need to be able to position their feet correctly to best be able to maintain balance and control of their bodies all while manipulating the ball efficiently. Then execute an accurate shot/pass to a target.
Players with poor technical balance (left/right foot use) compromise speed and maneuverability. Work in progress...
