With our economic climate as it is, coupled with the constraints of lockdown many people are looking at online ways to make money. There are thousands of opportunities advertised on a daily basis and the vast majority are setup to take your money from you (scams).
In my experience most that require some sort of investment and promising huge returns over a short period of time are in fact scams. A lot of sites that offer large payouts for doing very little sell your information to marketers and when you have finally jumped through all the hoops to get payment, they ignore you and block you.
For us as South Africans, the exchange rate makes it very attractive to look at opportunities that offer dollars – R 18 to the dollar.
Some innocent seeming “lists” posted on Facebook are there to get information that you would typically use for passwords and security questions – those asking for 1st home, pet, etc.
Please be careful out there and look at opportunities very carefully before you hand over your information.
I have compiled a list of some faucets, airdrops and cryptocurrency opportunities if anyone is interested.
Just comment with a yes, tick, emoji or anything else and I will inbox the list to you.
