Yesterday afternoon, coach Selwyn returned, this time, accompanied by the 19 year old Golden Lions U/21 Winger, Ngia Selengbe. The boys had the opportunity to interact with Ngia, ask questions and compete with the young star in a series of reaction and skills related games. The energy levels were high and the boys got to see a glimpse of the humility and discipline that Ngia personifies.

Our day got even better when Coach Selwyn January joined us for our afternoon session and the boys were so invested in the knowledge Coach had to share. We are so grateful for the back to basics!
