For me this was the biggest shock of all😂🤞🏿 I mean I could see the body changing but I didn’t realize it was this much. bra as much as you clown around at times😂you still do what needs to be done. Training days with you are never a dull moment😂🤞🏿 let’s see how far we can take it next year. Damn proud of you sgora😂

For a very long time we couldn’t get anywhere because of meds that she was taking, it’s very normal for the meds to make you gain weight but you stayed in and she pushed even harder during the 6 weeks program. Every time I saw you I just kept seeing the weight going off. You nearly fainted during training🤭 it was just too much. So damn proud ooh can I also get a shout out for meal prepping for you😂🙋🏿‍♂️

I knew she had lost weight but I just didn’t think it was this much🙈 proud of you your coping mechanism seems to be working😂 forgot to tell you how much everyone admired your core strength

Those tough winter temperatures didn’t kill your momentum and I’m sure you don’t regret staying. Definitely one of the fittest people I have in the group at the moment.
