Safe travels and the very best of luck to our Cardinal Aquatics swimmers and coaches as they head to Irvine, California, USA, for the 2026 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships, taking place 12–15 August 2026. (World Aquatics⁠)

A huge congratulations to Cardinal Aquatics swimmers Jessica Thompson and Kris Mihaylov on proudly representing South Africa on the Commonwealth Games stage! 🌍🏊

Both swimmers were among South Africa’s standout young performers, each achieving an individual 4th-place finish and contributing to the country’s relay success.

To compete against the very best in the Commonwealth and achieve these results is an outstanding accomplishment. We are incredibly proud of your dedication, perseverance and the way you represented both South Africa and Cardinal Aquatics.
