I am a Life Coach for teenagers (and other dreamers!). I help young people find the motivation, focus and drive to fulfil their potential and get the most out of their teenage years while preparing them to become independent, purposeful and happy adults. I have worked with teenagers from over 50 countries, and as unique as each teenager is, there is also a mutual 'teenagerness' that is shared all

over the world. I work with them to help them figure out what makes them tick, what gets them excited and what can keep them motivated. We work on self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-development, self-management and self-love. Specific topics we can cover include:
Emotional Intelligence
Communication skills
Leadership skills
Goal setting
Time Management
Subject choices
Career choices
Study methods
High School Preparedness (for Gr.7s)

I work in both Afrikaans and English. I have meeting space available in Melville, or in a coffee shop close to your home.
