Zumba®️ Gold, Zumba Fitness, Bounceblade®️ and a few others to be confirmed.

Kids will have the own fitness and activity zone 💛

Our favorite GUY🥰🥰

I went back to Zumba last night.

OJ loves it there. The music is loud and he enjoys the sensory assault. The ladies are friendly and allow him to run up and down between the rows of our gyrating, uncoordinated selves as we try (usually unsuccessfully) to follow the instructor. Nobody cares that he's barefoot and in his pyjamas and filthy and feral. They all hug him and welcome him.

I love Zumba... but for the last few months, I've struggled to get there consistently... or at all. I've told myself it's cos I'm lazy. But to be honest, I think I was burnt out.

They say you can't pour from an empty cup. I always tell the people I coach that they have to stop and sharpen their saw occasionally...

But here ... I have been pushing along for the last 2 years while my cup was getting emptier and emptier and my saw was getting blunter and blunter ..

All the while, I was telling myself that I was lazy and a failure and unable to work a full day and an impatient mom...

Until I was forced to take a break...

I have been kinder to OJ, kinder to myself, more productive at work... and managed to get myself to Zumba.

This morning I did a prayer walk ...

It's only 2 days post the break.. but let's hope I remember this next time my saw starts getting blunt.

You don't need any special dance skills to succeed in Zumba classes but those that have natural rhythm may pick up on the moves faster. Still, no one is keeping score, so just dance, let go, and have fun. A great way to reveal stress and boost your mental health.
