👋 Meet Sarah Gledhill, one of our passionate and dedicated Speech Therapists at The Communication Club, Early Bird Therapy Centre.
Sarah is committed to helping children and their families develop meaningful, functional communication skills through therapy that is engaging, play-based, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. 💬✨
🎓 Sarah holds a Bachelor of Speech-Language and Hearing Therapy from the University of Stellenbosch and is dedicated to ongoing professional development. Her additional training includes:�• Fibreoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)�• Malamulele Onward Practical Course on Cerebral Palsy�• Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
🏫 Sarah provides therapy in a variety of settings, including preschool environments and our practice rooms, supporting children in spaces where they feel comfortable, confident, and ready to learn.
💡 Her areas of interest include:�• Early intervention�• Mainstream paediatrics�• Children with additional needs�• Feeding and swallowing disorders�• Supporting young children with communication needs
💛 Sarah’s approach is functional, relationship-centred, and play-based. She believes communication develops best through meaningful interactions where children feel safe, motivated, and supported. Collaboration with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams is at the heart of her practice.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Sarah is passionate about walking alongside children and their families as they grow, learn, and communicate with confidence.
