Assalamu'alaikum ladies!

Our next Hayaa Hikes outing will be on Women's Day, 9 August. All the hike details can be found in the poster below.

To make the day a little extra special, we'll be having a relaxed stretch session after the hike, so feel free to bring along a yoga or picnic mat if you'd like to join.

We'll also be enjoying a small potluck picnic afterwards. If you'd like to contribute, you're most welcome to bring along some tea, coffee, snacks, or any treats you'd like to share with.

The picnic and stretch session are completely optional, so there's absolutely no pressure to stay after the hike. Join us for whichever part of the day you'd enjoy most!

We'll share more details as the day gets closer, in shaa Allah. We can't wait to spend Women's Day with you all! 🌿🤍

No excuses- you can get fit and build strength and agility also coordination at ANY age.

My client : 60yo

If you have older parents,please encourage them to build muscles. Simple movements and help them for focus with the coordination. Exercise with ledder step really helpful for them to focus their step in-out and keep their coordination is work nicely.

A few times a week can make a huge difference in their strength,confidence and quality of their life 🤍

Just Breath.....
Sometimes you guys forgot about breath during exercises. Just let you know,breathing is also very important while your during exercises.

Exhaling during the hardest part of a movement.
Your muscles need oxygen to create energy.
Breathing eliminates carbon dioxide, the waste product of energy production. Rapid or shallow breathing traps this gas, leading to muscle cramps and quick exhaustion.

*don't forget your IN & EXHALE again! Okay 😉👌
