All Rounder Finisher
Maintaining a lean body has always been my body goal. I maintain that through a lot of cardio. However, as seasons change one starts developing desire to gain muscle and I think I’m heading that direction (gotta pump in those heavy soon 😅)
In these workouts, my aim is to showcase a steady balance in how one can do home workouts and build strength. In this way, the time you engage yourself in heavy training you have the basics of how to maintain posture and balance at the gym or anywhere.
Try these workouts at the comfort of your space, spending at least one minute in each exercise for 4 times with a 30 seconds rest. It’s all sweats 🥵😅🙏🏿
