About Us
The House of Sports and Development Foundation leverages sports as a powerful vehicle for youth empowerment, social cohesion, and community transformation. We believe that the best people to lead the next generation are qualified, dynamic youth themselves.
We are currently building our founding Strategic Executive Team. We are seeking eight ambitious, unemployed graduates who want to step out of the job-seeking queue and step into an executive-level role to co-create a fundable, high-impact NGO.
🏆 Available Portfolios
1. Operations & Compliance Lead (Target: Public Management Graduates)
• The Role: Take charge of the foundation's organizational governance. You will manage public-sector alignments, ensure NPO compliance, and oversee community relations frameworks.
• Why Join: Gain rare, direct experience acting as a Board Liaison and setting up public compliance systems from scratch.
2. Head of Growth & Strategic Partnerships (Target: Business Development Graduates)
• The Role: Drive the foundation’s sustainability strategy. You will identify corporate sponsors, write grant proposals, and design income-generating sporting initiatives.

3. Marketing & Communications Manager (Target: Marketing Graduates)

4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer (Target: M&E / Statistics Graduates)

• Key KPI: Build a transparent, auditable financial system from the ground up that instantly passes donor due diligence checks.
