Cindy Poonoosamy will be guiding you through a gentle yoga flow , Candice du Plessis will be clearing the energy and any blockage with her reiki and meditation & we will learn some massage techniques that we can incorporate into our daily lives , with the masseuse Christine Brummer . We will end the session with some tea . Take home a small give as a reminder of how special you are 🤍

Hi 🤍

As we move into a new week, I wanted to invite you to slow things down and reconnect with yourself even in the smallest way.

This week, we’re focusing on a very simple but powerful practice: Mountain Pose (Tadasana).

A reminder that sometimes, just standing still and breathing is enough.

We’re also bringing yoga into everyday life with a small intention:

Take 1 minute each day to pause and take 5 slow breaths.

No pressure, no perfection , just presence.

The full schedule for the week is ready, and I would love to have you join us on the mat.
