JBAY JIU JITSU We offer Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Minimum age is 12. The guys and girls at Jbay Jiu Jitsu got a passion for life. Don't think, do.

Younger students who join train in the same adult classes and are expected to meet the same standards of respect, effort, and discipline. We surf, skate and practice Jiu Jitsu all year round. All are welcome and once you spend time with us on the mats, you are part of the family for life. Our instructor and former instructor of a Gracie Barra club John van der Veen got more than 20 years of experience in the gentle art. Spice up your next holiday with a BJJ training camp. With a Jiu Jitsu camp, activities like surfing are usually incorporated in your program. So, expect to engage in all sorts of health improving activities while practicing self-defence! And with the destination on offer, you're bound to have a BJJ vacation of a lifetime!
