Theo Herbst (Protea Rock and Surf Angler) joined forces in finding the ultimate solution for a wheel that could be used for various applications on and around the beach, mainly focusing on the angling fraternity for fishing trolleys. After trying various ideas, from pool noodles on empty cable reels, tubes of various sizes on empty cable reels, balloon

tyres etc., they finally found a solution of inventing their own style wheel. A wheel that is maintenance free, puncture free, light weight, durable and very versatile on all terrains. The Ultimate Wheel was born. The wheel is 420mm in diameter with a vacuum formed HDP body that is UV friendly, the bush is of a very high quality plastic, it is 150mm x 12.5 mm and the tyre section is 150mm x 30mm, casted from a unique HD foam resulting in an extremely durable hassle free product. The product is practically indestructible if used under normal circumstances. If needed, the bush and the tyre section can be replaced at a minimum cost. A sample wheel set was casted and put through strenuous tests by
