Here are 4 solid bicep exercises to include in your next arm session at Ruan’s Gym:

• Barbell Curls
Build overall bicep mass and strength.

• Hammer Curls
Targets the brachialis for thicker looking arms and better grip strength.

• Preacher Curls
Helps isolate the bicep and improves muscle control.

• Incline Dumbbell Curls
Great for stretching the long head of the bicep for better peak development.
