As many of you know me from school for the first 2 years I did absolutely f*ck all I was working dead end jobs and going out drinking every weekend and at the time had a daily relationship with Mary Jane🍁
-
I started my fitness journey because of the domestic violence issue in my family I wanted to be bigger and stronger and just generally a new person , I have a very addictive personality so I always want to be the best and I will always give 💯%
-
So I took myself away from all the negatives in life and wanted to actually do something , the longer I’ve trained for the more motivated I get and for the time in 2017 we’re I lost 35kg that feeling was unreal there was no better feeling in which I wanted to be able to share that feeling with others which lead me to my Personal training course 👨‍🏫

I remember being 18 riding to the gym on my push bike thinking how long would I do this for would I stay consistent and now looking back at 5 years solidly training 5-6 times a week other than holidays this is my life now and I love it love❤️

5 more years to come baby this is just the start and I’m glad your all following me on this journey .....
